Facebook smileys

I was always wondering why facebook have such small smileys.People who spend a lot of time chat likes those little thingies and they like it animated.On lot of forums you find tons of smileys and some of them are just pieces of small animated art.I will try to find the best of them but don't know hoe to use it on facebook.
